MySecureDeal holds your payment in points until the buyer confirms the goods arrived in acceptable condition. Fair for buyers, safe for sellers, with a small fixed service fee.
How it works
- Seller creates an escrow request and shares the link with the buyer.
- Buyer pays the exact amount using one of the available payment methods and uploads proof of payment.
- Admin verifies the payment; it's converted to points (minus a small fixed fee) and held in escrow.
- Seller ships/hands over the goods.
- Buyer inspects the goods and releases the points to the seller — or opens a dispute.
Disputes, handled fairly
If something goes wrong, either the buyer or the seller can open a dispute at any point before release. Both sides can upload proof (photos, chat screenshots, receipts). An admin reviews the evidence and decides whether to release the points to the seller or refund them to the buyer.
