The Process

From "let's do this" to money in hand — three checkpoints, zero guesswork.

MySecureDeal sits between buyer and seller for the entire transaction, so no one has to send money — or ship an item — on blind trust.

The Basics

One escrow, three checkpoints

Every deal, from a ₱10,000 collectible to a ₱200,000 worth of item, moves through the same three checkpoints. Nothing moves until both sides agree it should.

1. Buyer funds the deal

The buyer sends payment to MySecureDeal, not to the seller. We hold it in a secure escrow account and notify the seller that funds are confirmed.

2. Seller delivers

Knowing payment is already secured, the seller ships the item or completes the service, then marks the deal as delivered with tracking or proof of work.

3. Buyer confirms, funds release

The buyer inspects the item or reviews the work. Once they confirm it matches what was promised, payment releases to the seller automatically.

For Buyers

You never pay a stranger directly

Your money sits in escrow, not in the seller's pocket, until you've had a real chance to check the item or service against what was agreed.

  • 1

    Agree on the details

Price, condition, and delivery timeline are locked into the deal record before funding.

  • 2

    Fund through MySecureDeal

Pay by card or bank transfer. The seller sees "funded," never your payment details.

  • 3

    Inspect before you approve

You get an inspection window to confirm the item or service before funds move.

For Sellers

Payment is real before you ship

No more wondering if a buyer will actually pay after you've handed over the goods. Funds are confirmed and locked in escrow before you do anything.

  • 1

    Wait for the funded notice

You'll be notified the moment the buyer's payment clears into escrow.

  • 2

    Ship or deliver

Send the item or complete the service, then log tracking or proof of delivery.

  • 3

    Get paid automatically

Once the buyer confirms — or the inspection window closes — funds release to you.

If Something's Off

Disagreements don't fall on either side alone

If the buyer doesn't confirm and the seller believes the deal was fulfilled, either party can open a dispute instead of the deal auto-releasing or auto-refunding.

Open a dispute

Either party flags the deal and submits their side — photos, messages, tracking, anything relevant.

Questions

How it works, in detail

What can I use MySecureDeal for?

Physical goods, digital goods, freelance and service work, vehicle sales, domain transfers, and most other peer-to-peer deals where one side pays and the other delivers.

How long does the inspection window last?

It's set when the deal is created — typically 24 hours to 7 days depending on the item type — and both sides agree to it up front.

What happens if the buyer never responds?

If the inspection window closes without a dispute being opened, the deal auto-releases to the seller. This is disclosed to both parties when the deal is created.

Can I cancel a deal before it's funded?

Yes. Either party can cancel a deal that hasn't been funded yet, no fees involved.

Ready to start a deal you can trust?

Set the terms, invite the other side, and let escrow handle the rest.
