The rules for using MySecureDeal, in plain language wherever we can manage it.
By creating an account or using MySecureDeal, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Escrow Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use MySecureDeal. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
When you create or accept a deal, you're agreeing to the specific terms of that deal — price, delivery timeline, and inspection window — in addition to these Terms.
Fees are disclosed before you fund a deal and are set out in full on our Pricing & Fees page. Fees may change, but never retroactively on a deal already in progress.
If a deal doesn't go as agreed, either party may open a dispute under the process described in our Dispute Resolution page. MySecureDeal's decision on a dispute is made in good faith based on the evidence submitted by both parties.
You may not use MySecureDeal for deals involving illegal goods or services, to launder funds, to circumvent our fee structure, or to create fraudulent deals with no genuine underlying transaction.
MySecureDeal facilitates and holds funds for deals between independent buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the underlying transaction and are not liable for the quality, legality, or safety of items or services exchanged, beyond our escrow and dispute resolution obligations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Funds tied to deals in progress at termination are handled per the Escrow Agreement and any open dispute process.
We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect on new deals.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page.
